Our favorite pasta substitute is the spaghetti squash, super tasty! Ingredients:
- 1 LB grass fed ground beef
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 large onion
- 4-5 garlic cloves (minced)
- ¼ cup of avocado oil
- 4 Large organic tomatoes
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- 10 Basil leaves
- Salt and pepper
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 TBS molasses
